Air Classifier for Fine Products - SCIROCCO
The SCIROCCO Classifier offers high efficiency in the production of fine particles between 6 and 150 μm, combining high throughput, low energy consumption, and maximum operational reliability. Developed for demanding mineral applications, they feature wear protection, anti-contamination options, and a robust design to ensure long service life, increased productivity, and excellent cost-effectiveness in the processing of abrasive materials.
Fluidized bed jet mill - CGS
It is a high-performance solution for ultrafine grinding of mineral and industrial materials, developed to deliver maximum energy efficiency, high product purity, and precise particle size control.
Using air-jet grinding technology without mechanical contact between grinding tools, the CGS significantly reduces equipment wear and minimizes contamination, making it ideal for abrasive materials and applications requiring high purity. Its integrated dynamic classification system allows for ultrafine particles with a narrow particle size distribution, ensuring higher quality and consistency of the final product.

Ball mill for fine and ultrafine products - TAURUS
The TAURUS Mill is a robust and versatile solution for fine and ultrafine grinding of minerals and industrial materials. Designed for high operational efficiency, it utilizes high-performance grinding media and wear-resistant linings, ensuring high productivity, long service life, and low maintenance requirements.
With different configurations and material options, the TAURUS meets the most diverse industrial applications, providing excellent particle size control. Integrated with NETZSCH Ecutec classifiers, it is capable of achieving ultrafine particles with high precision, meeting the demands for performance, quality, and reliability in grinding processes.
SIERRA - Pine mill for fine products and coatings
Developed for grinding soft and medium-hardness products and for coating mineral filler surfaces. With pin and counter-pin discs, the resulting speed exceeds 200 m/s, allowing for the grinding of soft to medium-hardness minerals with high fineness ratios. Independent control of the speed and direction of rotation of the pin disc units provides great flexibility. An airflow through the mill assists in grinding, allowing control of product temperature and providing a means for pneumatic product transfer.
As standard, the mill body is a robust, welded steel construction. Where necessary, the SIERRA pin mill can also be offered in stainless steel construction. Maintenance access on SIERRA equipment is excellent, and pin replacement is an easy operation.

With advanced ICC dynamic separation technology and the exclusive NETZSCH DCC® system, DISCUS® provides higher flow rates, shorter residence times, and high-intensity grinding, guaranteeing excellent quality and productivity. Its optimized engineering allows operation with different grinding ball sizes (0.4 to 7 mm), as well as adjusting the power density according to the needs of each application, offering maximum process flexibility.
The efficient pre-classification and optimized cooling system ensures stable operation even in challenging conditions, reducing wear, minimizing downtime, and increasing component lifespan.
